Apply for SMRU Membership

The Society for Male Reproduction and Urology (SMRU) is an affiliate society of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) whose members have special interests in male reproduction. The SMRU includes members who are urologists, andrologists, clinical endocrinologists, gynecologists, laboratory scientists involved in clinical activities and/or research, nurses, and other health care professionals. 

The SMRU is open to all Active and Associate members of the ASRM only.  If you are not an ASRM Member, please go here first.

Once you have filled out this form, you will be redirected to the ASRM Store where you may pay for your first year's SMRU Membership Dues.  Your SMRU Membership will not be processed until payment is received.
